Fine Cobaltoan Calcite Specimen from Bou Azzer, Morocco (Gemmy-Uncommon Find!)
The cobaltoan calcite crystals are all forming in a trigonal type of structure with sharp terminations- "stepped" secondary mineralization occurs, "hugging" these terminations crystals, very gemmy lavender-pink and well-presented structure all around.
This specimen has deeper phantoms of magenta/red within, visible from above and when inspecting the bottom sides of the matrix. This particular piece gives off the appearance of a wrapped decorative cupcake.
