WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING OPTIONS?

Free Shipping

  • Subscribers - will enjoy free shipping on orders of seventy-five dollars or more. Subscribers are also rewarded 15% off their fourth purchase of the month.

  • Nonsubscribers will receive free shipping on purchases of one hundred dollars or more.

    The benefit of free shipping does not include any sale items unless otherwise stated. Discount offers and coupons cannot be combined.

Flate Rate for Ground Shipping

We offer the following rates for ground shipping :

  • Additional shipping services are available, are calculated at checkout, and will be shown as options before completing your purchase.

When Will I Get My Order?

  • Orders will be processed within 48 hours of receipt.

  • Packages are shipped Monday -Saturday.

  • No orders will be shipped out on Sundays.

  • All times and dates given for delivery of products are provided in good faith but are estimates only and are subject to change at any time due to unforeseen circumstances including natural disasters, carrier peak seasons season, etc.

The terms described herein may be changed at any time at the discretion of GeeBeez Gems LLC of which the shipping policy will be updated and published to geebeezgems.com.

NO Returns, Cancellations & Refunds- All sales are final. We do not accept returns or cancellations.Please shop responsibly.

LOST PACKAGES

  • For packages that were never delivered and lost within the carrier system, please notify the carrier immediately to request an investigation into the location of the package. We will provide assistance and support during this process provided the customer cooperates and complies with our policies as well as the policies of the courier.

DAMAGED PACKAGES

  • All orders are carefully packed by me with love and care. We have a specific method that includes wrapping each item individually with multiple layers of protection for each piece.

  • We understand that unexpected things can happen. For packages that have been received with significant damage, send us photos of the damaged items upon receipt (including images of the box showing all pieces and tracking number) and you will be refunded for the damaged items at our discretion.

According to usps.com the fastest and easiest way to file your claim is online. If you cannot file a claim online, contact the post office by calling the National Materials Customer Service at 1-800-332-0317 (requests for paper Domestic Claim Forms only) and UPS customer service at 1-888-742-5877.
